Drink of the Week for Aug 21st, 2005: Pink Pleasures

What we had to say

With the end of August looming not far off, again, we figured we'd best get off our butts and get a Drink of the Week out to all you sun-parched beach-goers. Actually, we don't really need a reason to do a Drink of the Week, other than we have a tasty beverage to share. We've tried coming up with reasons before, but that's hard, so we went back to not really needing a reason, which is easier. It seems to work for most politicians too. We tried replacing our lack of reason with fancy gimmicks once, but scratch-'n-sniff email didn't work, and we couldn't use "As Seen on TV" because we're not selling anything shoddy and worthless. On the contrary, our product is free and valuable. Take that, Home Shopping Network!

We could continue to come up with reasons that we don't have reasons to do Drink of the Week, but we'll just say that we love you all, so here's a drink. Get out and enjoy the summer, it's going fast.
