2 oz. Pineapple Juice

Just increase Rum to 1 1/2 oz,and use maraschino liqueur instead. You lose the red color but get a much more "mature" flavor kiddies.

The Pineapple juice was much too overpowering in this drink. mixing the rum and pineapple juice in equal proportions and using enough cherry juice until the drink tinted red was a big improvement in my opinion.
