Worcestershire Sauce

Worcestershire sauce (often shortened Worcester sauce, pronounced "Wooster") is a dark brown, fermented liquid condiment often used with beef or barbeque dishes. It has a long history, first being made commercially in the 1830's by Lea & Perrins in the county of Worcestershire in England.

In North America it comes in short bottles and can be found in the sauces or condiments section of the grocery store.
