Drink of the Week for Feb 21st, 2002: Snow Cone
What we had to say
So...how about those Olympics? Our interns could do a better job judging these things, and most of them are lobotomites that still have trouble with the concept of pants. On a totally related topic, we'd like to say to Dubya that we think he smells good, and he should leave Canada out of his plans to annex the rest of the world. We'll make him a deal - Drinknation will take over France, and exchange it with him for a Snow Cone.
Snow Cone Drink Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Curacao, blue
- 1 oz. Schnapps, raspberry
- 1/2 oz. Grenadine
- 12 oz. Sprite
- fill glass Ice
How to Make It
Crush ice very fine - fill glass with crushed ice. Place 1 oz of raspberry schnapps in the glass along with the 1/2 oz of grenadine. Pour in 12 oz sprite. Place 1 oz of blue curacao after adding the sprite. Stir only a couple of times, you want the drink to stay multicolored. Serve with a straw and bang, you have a snow cone.
