How to Make It

Put some ice cubes in a old fashioned glass. Add the Amer Picon and grenadine syrup, then fill with carbonated water. Leave enough room for the brandy, which should be layered on the top.

    You can use tequila instead of brandy For a Mexican picton punch. Works great in Mexico.

    Much easier to find Torani Brand Amer and this is what Basque restaurants in Nevada use. I leave out the soda. It just waters down an otherwise great drink.
