Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. Brandy, apricot
  • 1/2 tsp. Brandy, cherry
  • 1 1/2 oz. Gin
  • 1/2 oz. Lemon Juice

How to Make It

  1. Shake ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

    I concur with the previous posters. This recipe may be delicious for all I know, but it's certainly *not* an Aviation. Gin, lemon, Luxardo, and usually also creme de violette (when it can be found).

    SOOOOO WRONG! -- You ONLY use Maraschino liqueur (MARASKA is great!) AND you MUST use Creme de Violette! A little fresh squeezed lemon juice and ... VOILA!!! Use a quality gin, the less costly stuff doesn't do the drink justice ...
