Bamboo Cocktail Drink Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Sherry, dry
- 1 1/2 oz. Vermouth, dry
- 1 dash Bitters, orange
How to Make It
- Add cracked ice to a cocktail shaker.
- Add sherry, vermouth and bitters and stir well for 20 - 30 seconds to chill and dilute.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a twist of lemon.
Preparation notes
- A coupe glass is a nice touch for presentation here. Remember to chill it.
- Fino sherry is a great choice for a Bamboo.
