How to Make It

Combine Brandy and Dubonnet in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Stir and strain into a cocktail glass. Add a twist of lemon peel.

just made my first Bentley with applejack (1/2 Dubonnet rouge and 1/2 applejack). it is delicious! need to know if apple brandy is superior. looking for a response to see if have to get some brandy.
