Brain Tumor Drink Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 tsp. Irish Cream (Bailey's)
- 1 oz. Schnapps, peach
- 1/2 tsp. Grenadine
How to Make It
- Add peach schnapps to a shot glass.
- Slowly add chilled Irish cream. Don't mix it! The cream will clump together and some will settle to the bottom. It will look gross.
- Pour the grenadine slowly over the cream lump for a completely disgusting looking, but really tasty Halloween party drink.

Jan 21st, 2012We make it with creme de menthe, baileys and grenadine. Or peach schnapps, strawberry liquor and baileys. Either way is good and tasty-nasty looking though! but fun!

Dec 29th, 2011The way I always saw the bartender make them was by pouring the Bailey's into a spoon just under the surface of the schnapps, and then slowly removing the spoon from the glass. they looked exactly like little brains.

Oct 31st, 2009Instead of peach schnapps, use a chocolate liquer. Chocolate goes better with irish cream. I recommend Panama Jacks Vanilla Irish Cream and Cream de Cacao for this shot, and it's called a "Poke in the Eye"

Oct 31st, 2009Really cool effect and tasty. Works best if you let the Baileys slide down the side of the shotglass and form a film over the top of the drink

Oct 21st, 2009Also known as a Brain Hemorrhage.

Sep 20th, 2009Sometimes too much baileys can ruin it, but otherwise a great fun shot. It really gets the ladies screamin !

Oct 17th, 2008This is not how to make the drink look right!!!! You need to layer 1/3 bailey's on top of the peach schnapps, then drop a couple of drops of the grenadine in so it pulls the bailey's down with it.
