Caribbean Smoked Torch Drink Recipe
This is a flaming drink. Please read our notes about flaming drinks and be careful.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Brandy
- 3/4 oz. Liqueur, melon
- 3/4 oz. Liqueur, raspberry
- 3/4 oz. Rum, coconut
- 1/2 oz. Rum, dark
- 1/2 oz. Rum, overproof/151 proof
- 1 oz. Cranberry Juice
- 1 oz. Orange Juice
- 1 oz. Pineapple Juice
How to Make It
Combine all ingredients except overproof rum in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Add overproof rum to a snifter and light it on fire. Carefully warm the snifter with the rum, rotating it slowly, until the rum burns itself out. Then pour the shaker contents into the hot snifter. If you do it right, you will get an aromatic cloud of smoke!
