Ingredients

  • 1 part Curacao, white
  • 2 parts Gin
  • 2 parts Vermouth, dry
  • Fill with 7-up
  • 1 slice Cucumber
  • 1 slice Lemon
  • 1 slice Oranges

How to Make It

Measure a highball glass full of ice into a cocktail shaker. Add vermouth, gin and curacao and shake well. Pour it all back into the highball glass and fill with 7-up. Garnish with a lemon, orange and cucumber slice.

    Gin in England has changed its proof down to 37.5% a good export gin @ 40+% like Tanquery makes for a better classic drink. Pimms in a bottle is weaker than it was, so the cheat ( or the original from the 1930's London Hotels cocktail bars) is often superior
