Ingredients

  • 1 shot Brandy
  • 1/2 oz. Creme de Cacao, dark
  • 1/2 oz. Cream
  • 1 piece Cherries/Maraschinos
  • 1 dash Chocolate Shavings
  • 1 sprinkle Sugar, powdered
  • 1 spiral Chocolate Syrup
  • 1 scoop Ice Cream, chocolate
  • 1 dash Whipped cream

How to Make It

Use blender set on 'blend' to mix brandy, creme de cacao, sweet cream, scoop of chocolate ice cream, a scoop of bar ice. Apply powdered sugar to the rim of a fiesta glass, pour in the mixture, and garnish with chocolate savings, more powered sugar or nutmeg, add small swirl of chocolate syrup, end with whipped cream in middle and top with a cherry.
