How to Make It

This recipe has great presentation. Put the brandy in a chaffing dish and heat it. Once it is warm, shake Campari and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with cracked ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Now light the brandy on fire and pour a firey stream into the cocktail glass!

    Try 1/2 oz campari and a dash of gomme (also shaken with campari and lemon over ice).I found it made it more drinkable. Alternatively light the brandy with sugar, and turn to caremalize.
