Fill with Carbonated Water/Club Soda
1 tsp. Cream
2 splashes Lemon
1 tsp. Sugar, powdered

How to Make It

Shake all ingredients except carbonated water in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a highball glass with a couple of ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water and stir.
