Ingredients: 1/2 oz. Rum, coconut (Malibu); 1/2 oz. Schnapps, peach; 1/2 oz. Vodka; 1 splash Grenadine; 1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice; 1 oz. Whipped cream

Ingredients

1/2 oz. Rum, coconut (Malibu)
1/2 oz. Schnapps, peach
1/2 oz. Vodka
1 splash Grenadine
1 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. Whipped cream

How to Make It

Mix everything except whipped cream in shaker. Add whipped cream and shake vigorously until frothy. Serve as a shot, or over ice in a highball glass.

I had this on my 21st Birthday as my free drink at a casino in S.D....it was so good! I couldn't stop at 1!
