Ingredients: 2 oz. Absinthe; 1 2/3 oz. Ouzo; Fill with Passoa; As desired 7-up; 2-3 handfuls Strawberries; 2 handfuls (2 handfuls) Ice

Ingredients

2 oz. Absinthe
1 2/3 oz. Ouzo
Fill with Passoa
As desired 7-up
2-3 handfuls Strawberries
2 handfuls (2 handfuls) Ice

How to Make It

Blend ice and strawberries in a bar blender. Add Absinthe, Ouzo, and as much 7-up as desired. Blend again on low power. Pour into cocktail glasses and fill them approximately 1/3 full. Fill the rest with Passoa.
