Ingredients: 1 tsp. Irish Cream; 3/4 oz. Schnapps, peach; 1/4 oz. Sour Apple Pucker; 1 dash Bitters; 3 drops Grenadine

Ingredients

1 tsp. Irish Cream
3/4 oz. Schnapps, peach
1/4 oz. Sour Apple Pucker
1 dash Bitters
3 drops Grenadine

How to Make It

Mix Schnapps and Pucker in glass. Dribble Irish Cream in to create a coagulated 'brain'. Add Peychaud Bitters and grenadine. You can slam it, or you can drink it slowly.
