French Toast #2 Drink Recipe
This is a flaming drink. Please read our notes about flaming drinks and be careful.
Ingredients
- 1/4 oz. Irish Cream (Bailey's)
- 1/2 oz. Schnapps, butterscotch
- 1/4 oz. Yukon Jack
- 2 pinches Cinnamon
How to Make It
Pour 1/2 oz. Butterscotch Schnapps into a shot glass. Float Bailey's Irish Cream on the Butterscotch Schnapps and float the Yukon Jack on the Bailey's. Light the Yukon Jack on fire and sprinkle ground cinnamon on the flame. The cinnamon burns into a huge shower of sparks.

Jul 28th, 2009works well, but better with stroh rum instead of yukon jack.
