    I drop the vodka to 1/2 part, and after shaking all the ingredients together and pouring into glasses, I pour about 3 parts Ginger Ale from as high as you can to splash it deep. Then let set without stirring for 3 minutes and watch the carbonation "bake" the gingerbread man into a firm texture on top of the drink.

    I had one in a bar in Dallas and I have been making this recipe and putting the drink in mason jars and I give them to everyone who invites me to a Christmas party and they love this drink!! It is such a holiday drink!! Raechelle Birmingham Ala

    I am going to make a batch and have coffee and hot cocoa for mixers. We will see.

    We use Hot Damn instead of Goldschlager; not as expensive but still makes a great tasting drink.

    A great winter or Christmas drink. Certainly something different......very good combo of liquors. Definitely worth a try. Nice website!!!!!!

    If you think this is a harsh drink then maybe you should give up alcohol all together.....
