How to Make It

1. Add ice to an old fashioned glass.
2. Add ingredients and stir well.

Preparation notes

• If you find that equal parts whiskey and amaretto is too sweet, use less amaretto to find a preferable balance. Some recipes go as low as 8 parts whiskey to 1 part amaretto (e.g. 2 oz whiskey and 1/4 oz amaretto).
• Blended scotch is the usual ingredient in a Godfather, but most any whiskey will do, including bourbons.
