Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz. Liqueur, banana
  • 1/2 oz. Rum, banana
  • 1/2 oz. Pineapple Juice

How to Make It

  1. Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Add ice and shake well until chilled.
  3. Strain into glass.

    Where I'm from, in step 3 the ingredients strained into an old fashion glass containing ice cubes. Hence the name: a Hairy Ape on the Rocks.
