Mango Sorbet Daiquiri Drink Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 oz. Rum, gold
- 1/3 oz. Rum, light
- Sorbet, mango
- 1 tsp. Sugar, powdered
How to Make It
Mango sorbet can be made from 4 mangos (peeled, seeded, and cubed), 1 cup simple syrup and 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice. Boil half a cup of water, add a cup sugar. Stir til it is completely dissolved. Chill. Put all the ingredients in a blender and crush until it is smooth. Put it in the freezer and stir every half an hour.
Once ready, blend everything until smooth. Enjoy.
