Ingredients

  • 1/3 oz. Rum, coconut
  • 1/3 oz. Rum, mango
  • 1/3 oz. Rum, pineapple
  • 1/2 oz. Rum, white
  • 3 splashes Pineapple Juice
  • 4 wedges Lime
  • 4 packages Sugar

How to Make It

Fill shaker with ice, drop in limes and add the rums. Three quick squirts of pineapple from the gun. Muddle it good. Sugar the rim of a cocktail glass and strain your Martini.

Gives nice color and taste if a squirt of cranberry is added.

    Hooked this up for carnival cruise lines it's now on the menu's and is very popular.

    Kelly and I worked carnival cruises for 3 years. This became a staple, even a few mainland (Jamaican) bars picked this up. Love ya brother made me some notes.
