Sandy Penny Drink Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 shot Cognac (Courvoisier)
- 1 shot Frangelico
How to Make It
Warm a large brandy snifter with hot water. Pour out the water. Stir ingredients into the warm snifter. Breathe in the fragrance and serve after dinner alone or with a dessert. Best for winter by the fireplace as it is very warming.

Dec 23rd, 2011This drink was named after me in Houston at the Downing Street Bar in the 1990s. It may not be able to be ordered by name any longer, but it was very popular for a season there.
