Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz. Sherry, cream
  • 2 tsp. Cream
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp. Sugar, powdered
  • 1 whole Eggs

How to Make It

Combine all ingredients except nutmeg in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a sour glass. Garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg.
