Suissesse Drink Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz. Anisette
- 1 1/2 oz. Pernod
- 3 drops Cream
- 1 white Eggs
How to Make It
Put anisette and Pernod in a cocktail shaker. Beat the egg white and add. Shake with ice and strain into a rocks glass over ice. Add a few drops of cream.

Jun 10th, 2012My family has used this recipe (minus the cream) for the last 50 years. We would make many batches of this particular drink at almost all of our family breakfasts. If you love black licorice you will like this drink. P.S. What to do with the egg yolks?
