Mixing Instructions

The true authentic margarita invented by Margarita Sames in Aculpulco in 1948. Shake with ice and pour into a coupe glass with a lightly salted rim.

The margarita was first created by bartender Don Carlos Orozco in 1941 at Hussong's Cantina in Ensenada.

The original Margarita was not invented by a person named Margarita. It was invented by Chef Cesar, at Cesar's in Tijuana, Mexico. The same guy that invetned Cesar's salad n/k/a Ceasar's Salad. BTW, Chef Cesar named it the Margarita, which was his wife's name.
