  I make these by the pitcher and take to parties instead of a side dish/appetizer etc. To say the least...they're the hit of the party! Trust me-you'll make new friends!

  Was introduced to the Washington Apple at the NY NY Hotel & Casino in Vegas by a blackjack dealer. We drank and gambled all night. I called it 'big girl Kool-Aid". Goes down just about like drinking punch (with a kick!)This is now a staple at all my holiday parties!

  It being Crown is not essential. Drop in some well whisky since the apple pucker is the primary flavoring. Also, I only use straight cran. However it's really only for the color. You can serve it as a yummy shooter without adding any cran and call it a Granny Smith.

  I've had these b4. Very crisp n refreshing. After enough... u may find yourself on the ground... in someone's yard...face down.. lol. I used canadian wiser's instead of CR. Very good!

  Hmm I have always had my washington apple with vodka, pucker and cran apple or reg carn. I have done tauaca instead of the vodka and added a pinch of cinnamon.

  Love this drink had it at a bar but they didnt mix it they just poured each thing in the glass and made u chug the whole glass at once so u got all the flavors it was amazing but mixing it sounds awesome also

  I started drinking these, but then I took to drinking Colorado Apples. The difference is that the cranberry is swapped for Pucker's Sour Apple schnapps instead.

  I'm a jack girl so I use that instead. For those who thinks its two weak, just double the whiskey its still very tasty but has more of a punch to it....

  I like a little lime juice and a wedge of lime in mine. rum is good in this drink as well.

  Instead of "Fill with Apple-cranberry Juice" use Grenadine... Trust me, that's how it first started.
