Drink of the Week for Sep 27th, 2001: Emerald Breeze

What we had to say

It is our great, great pleasure to put up the first Drink of the Week that was submitted by one of our lovely readers. The Emerald Breeze is incredible. We have never had such a tasty drink. Yvette, a bartender at Mad Mulligan's pub in Tokyo, Japan, invented this drink, and it quickly became one of the top selling drinks in the pub.

We can see why.

If you are ever in Tokyo, we highly suggest heading on down to Mad Mulligan's and sampling yourself some of this goodness right from the source. If our editor hadn't blown our budget trying to come up with an effective market strategy (he hired the Psychic Friends Network at $2.99 for the first minute, $4.99 each additional minute), we'd be on a plane already.
