Drink of the Week for Feb 14th, 2004: Cheese Cake
What we had to say
Hooray! It's Valentine's Day! Or, as it's sometimes referred to, "bitter and single day". We won't tell you which one we like better. But we will say, there are obvious advantages to each. "Bitter and single day" often translates into "full wallet day"! And that translates into late-night-poker-and-drinking day! Of course, that isn't quite up to par with a crackling fire, champagne, and fuzzy red undergarments, but at least you're not being beaten and robbed by maniacal florists wielding spiky red blossoms that ounce-for-ounce cost more than a gold-plated yacht. Although, if you're really lucky, a gold-plated yacht is an easy price for what you've got. Isn't love stupid?
To celebrate it all (even the stupidity), we have a red-and-white (awwww) layered drink this week. Of course, it's also a shooter! So whatever camp you're in, sit back and toast something. Drinknation loves you.
P.S. We have a collection of Valentine's day recipes on the site too.
