I love this drink too.
St. Louis clubs make em different though. You use a large shot glass fill it half with butterscotch schnapps, then you take a spoon and turn it around hold it over the shot glass and slowly pour baileys over the rounded side. it keeps the butterscotch schapps and baileys from mixing. then top it with whipped cream. Doing this gives it a wonderful visual effect.
